Can the hats be customized?

Most definitely and we highly encourage it!

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

We only offer embroidered satin lined hats. If you have a logo you would like to be embroidered, there is a $25 digitizing fee (one time only PER design).

I already have a favorite hat, can I just send it in to be lined?

What type of satin is used by H&H?

We use 100% Charmeuse Satin (available in multiple colors and patterns.) Click here to check them out!

What size hat should I order?

Good question! If you can fit a typical hat from a department store, more than likely you can fit our ‘Regular’ size. If you need a bigger size, give our ‘XL’ (fits up to a size 8) hat a try. Remember, we accept returns if the issue is size.

How do I care for my satin lined baseball cap?

We strongly recommend handwashing then hanging the hat to dry. Hats can also be machine washed on ‘Delicate’ then hung to dry.

How long is shipping?

Depends, if you’re ordering one of our pre-made satin lined hats you can expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days. Custom orders can take up to two weeks.

What if I do not like my hat, can I return it?

Unfortunately, returns are only accepted for production malfunctions such as misspellings, custom order errors, and sizing. You can also email us at Info@HHHeadwear.com to share your concerns. We value your feedback.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

If you have any change requests, please email Orders@HHHeadwear.com as soon as possible. Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
